I have been wanting to bring AN ALBATROSS to Dallas for quite a long time. They are a seven-piece (now 4) Wilkes-Barre/Philadelphia punk ensemble that plays blasting hardcore spastic music like The Locust; insane riffs and unexpected time changes. Speaking of The Locust . . . ALL LEATHER is a new band formed by member of Maniqui Lazer (mexicali) and members of Some Girls including Justin Pearson of The Locust. I had Some Girls play at Red Blood Club a really long time ago with 400 Blows and Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower. All Leather lists themselves as “electro/thrash/post punk” on their myspace, which is pretty accurate. All Leather is currently on Dim Mak (kid millionaire, Steve Aoki’s label) and have the Hung Like a Horse EP and Hung Like a Donut – Remix Album available now.
