Gun Outfit is an amazing new band from Olympia Washington. Three-piece rippers that take you back to a time when riffs were weird and hooks were awesome. Honing in on influences from past greats like MEAT PUPPETS and DINOSAUR JR, GUN OUTFIT create their own sound that is equal parts melody, jangle, punk and pop. Gun Outfit are part of an inspiring music world that includes other great northwest bands like SEX VID and SISTERS. On their debut 7″ they inspire and twist a sound through three very different songs that stick together in a way, that seems to only makes sense to them. But it works! Gun Outfit prevails, they sound like the new sound you wish you had as a teenager. Like a dream you were waiting for.
