Established Providence, RI art-noise-dance act, The CHINESE STARS were formed from the ashes of influential punk noise legends, Arab on Radar. They have a new label, Anchor Brain, and a new album coming out: Heaven on Speed Dial. Here is the first review of the album, due October 20th. They have a full tour planned with Anchor Brain Label mates, Sensitive Hearts in late October, making a stop at Austin’s Beerland on November 12th and The Cavern in Dallas on the 13th.
