DIGNAN PORCH – On A Ride 7″ (captured tracks) – London act profiled by pitchfork back in July.
JACUZZI BOYS – Island Ave EP 7″ (hozac) – Three song EP with an alternative version of “Island Ave” than what appears on their full-length No Seasons. Simple garage pop with some fuzzy overtones. Translucent green vinyl and colored insert, limited to 300 copies.
MALEVELLER – CDEP (self) – Maleveller’s debut release highlights three of their strongest tracks thus far. Artwork by Von Dada and insert by Zachary Broadhurst.
The SPITS/DAN MELCHIOR – Split 7″ (av scion/vice) – The Spits play catchy, over-modulated punk and sing about sex, drugs and doing hood rat stuff. This is the first release by AV Scion Garage. and it’s FREE at selected independent record shops. It’s nice to see a 7″ released by a car company. The Spits are touring in May, playing Chaos in Tejas in Austin!

V/A – CASUAL VICTIM PILE: AUSTIN 2010 (matador) – Compilation that focuses on Austin bands and two Dentron acts. Features: Bad Sports, Dikes of Holland, Golden Boys, Harlem, Love Collector, Woven Bones and many more. Bad Sports are coming through in April, opening for King Khan & the Shrines; Woven Bones are playing Bro fest 2010.
