Back in April/May of this year, Vancouver indie-garage rock duo, JAPANDROIDS canceled their first North American tour in its entirety due to their guitarists’ untimely illness. This is a rescheduled show from that tour and belated promotion for the postponed release of Post-Nothing (polyvinyl). While recuperating, Japandroids were branded “Best New Music” by Pitchfork. On tour with JPNDRDS for a few dates, will be one of my favorite current touring acts, and my friends, the COATHANGERS; making their third stop in Dallas this year to promote Scramble (suicide squeeze).
